Hi there!

My name is Todd Fraser and I'm an intensivist from Australia.

I've been publishing educational material for an internet audience for years.

This blog is an opportunity for me to share some of my experiences and thoughts on critical care, and I'd love it if you'd join me in my ruminations.

I'll be posting about topics that interest me - usually these are conundrums from clinical practice that I've encountered and mulled over.

ICU is such a diverse specialty - you need to know a little about a lot, and that leaves me knowing only a little about any one thing - so there is still a LOT to learn.
